These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here reduces your rights as a consumer under UK law.

The product
Just Moisturiser is a cosmetic product for external use on the face and neck. Read the label before use and follow the directions. If you have sensitive skin, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm first and wait 24 hours. Stop using it if irritation occurs. It is not a medicine and makes no medical claims.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point. We will send a separate email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner. We may decline an order, for example if the product is unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly, and will refund anything you have paid. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through Stripe.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We prepare orders within two working days and tracked delivery then takes four to seven working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. The product becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us. If nobody is available to receive it, the carrier’s instructions apply.
Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, as set out on the shipping and returns page. For hygiene reasons this right does not apply once the seal has been broken. If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Complaints
Email us first and we will try to resolve it within five working days. If we cannot, you can refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider. [TODO Elmir: name the ADR provider you sign up with, or state that you do not use one.]
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
